The Bella Donna collection is made from 100% cotton, a delicate natural fibre. Whilst the feel of this fabric results in buttery goodness, it does not allow for much stretch. For this reason, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit (especially if you have a bigger bust).

We acknowledge that our current size range is limited. We have every intention of expanding our offering once our business grows. Please be patient with us and know that this is high on our priority list.

Timing

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Please note that shipping delays may occur during collection launches and sale periods, and around public holidays.

Shipping

Local pick up available in Cottesloe, Mount Hawthorn and Perth CBD.

We offer free shipping for domestic orders $250 and over.

Orders under $250 within Australia will be $10 standard or $15 express shipping via Australia Post.

Orders under $250 within New Zealand will be $15 flat rate express shipping via Australia Post.

Individual rates are calculated at checkout for international orders. Duties and taxes are not included with the shipping cost, and will be charged directly to you by your local customs office to be paid prior to delivery. 

Tracking & Delivery

All goods require a signature on delivery. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery we are not liable for goods once signed for, as this is deemed as proof of delivery, or if the signature was waived to have the parcel left in a safe place and you cannot locate your parcel. 

We truly appreciate every customer purchase and hope you are delighted with your order. As a small business in its first year of launching, we are unable to offer refunds, but will instead happily arrange size exchanges or store credits.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit, items must be sent back within 10 days and must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that any items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
